Our Process

01 — Discovery Conversation

Every project begins with a conversation, not a catalogue. We meet you — in our studio or in your home — and we listen. Not just to what you want, but to how you live. How you move through your spaces, how you gather, how you want each room to feel. Your relationship with light, with technology, with material — all of it informs everything that follows.

02 — Site Survey & Spatial Study

We visit your space and read it. The way light moves through it across the day. The way people naturally flow from room to room. The structural bones beneath the surface. We measure with precision and observe with intention. Architecture is our starting point, not our constraint — and every detail we find here shapes the design.

03 — Concept & Mood Design

Before a line is drawn, we establish the feeling. A curated mood deck that captures the atmosphere, palette, materiality, and emotional identity of your space. How light should feel at 7am versus 8pm. Whether technology should be visible or invisible. Whether surfaces should be warm or cool, matte or reflective. We present two distinct directions. Together, we find the one that feels unmistakably like you.

04 — Technical Design & 3D Visualisation

Vision becomes a precise, buildable set of documents — the full technical backbone of your project. Every drawing produced to professional standard, every decision resolved on paper before it reaches your space.

We deliver:

2D Floor Plans & Furniture Layout — scaled plans showing spatial arrangement, traffic flow, and every piece positioned with ergonomic and aesthetic intent.

Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) — ceiling design, lighting positions, architectural details, and any coving, joinery, or feature elements mapped overhead.

Elevations — detailed wall-by-wall drawings showing heights, proportions, cabinetry profiles, and material application across every surface.

Joinery Drawings — bespoke millwork and cabinetry drawn to specification, with dimensions, material callouts, and hardware details for the maker.

Finishes Schedule — a complete, room-by-room reference document specifying every surface material, finish, and application — floor, wall, ceiling, and detail.

Lighting Schedule — every fixture listed with type, position, lumen output, colour temperature, and control group, cross-referenced to the RCP.

FF&E Schedule — a full Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment register with item, supplier, reference, finish, dimensions, and lead time for every specified piece.

3D Visualisations — photorealistic renders across key viewpoints, with accurate material, lighting, and spatial simulation. You will not be asked to imagine your space — you will see it, exactly as it will be.

All documentation is reviewed against current UK Building Regulations and, where applicable, international standards for projects abroad — ensuring compliance across planning, electrical, structural, ventilation, and fire safety requirements before a single trade is briefed.

05 — Proposal, Material Selection & Procurement

A refined proposal presented as an editorial experience, not a spreadsheet. Every surface, stone, finish, and fitting confirmed as part of a considered whole. Appliances selected as integral components — for precision, finish, and seamless integration. Lighting fixtures chosen for form as much as output. Home automation fully specified — scenes, climate, audio, control interfaces.

Material samples are delivered to you, to be felt in your own light. Once selections are confirmed, we go to market on your behalf — leveraging our trade relationships and supplier network to secure the best available pricing, lead times, and terms. Every quote is interrogated. Every discount is pursued. You receive maximum value without compromise to quality.

06 — Production & Project Management

Your project enters production — bespoke elements crafted by artisans selected for their precision and heritage. A dedicated project manager coordinates every supplier, every trade, and every timeline with quiet efficiency — whether the scope is a single room or an entire residence or commercial space. Technical submittals and shop drawings are reviewed and approved before manufacture begins. You are kept informed at every milestone. Nothing enters your space before it has passed our inspection.

07 — Installation & Commissioning

Installed with the same care we brought to designing it. Every element fitted, integrated, and tested across every room, surface, and system. Appliances connected. Lighting positioned and layered. Then, the moment the space comes alive — home automation commissioned and calibrated entirely to your routines and environment. Morning light. Work mode. Hosting atmosphere. Evening wind-down. Every scene, every detail perfected. We do not sign off until we are certain — and we do not leave until you are.

08 — Aftercare & The Living Space

This is not where the process ends. It is where the relationship begins. Follow-ups at two weeks and three months. A seasonal care guide tailored to your specific materials, appliances, and systems. Priority access to our design and technical team whenever you need us. And an annual design conversation — because the best spaces evolve as their owners do.

Our Design Philosophy

Cultural Collections

Every project begins with a story — not a mood board. We interpret each client’s cultural influences, memories, travels, and way of life, translating them into a deeply personal interior. The result is a space that feels collected, meaningful, and entirely its own.

Sensory Interiors

A space that only looks beautiful has not been fully designed. We consider light, acoustics, texture, scent, and the rituals of daily life, creating interiors that engage every sense. Intelligent technology brings these layers together into one seamless, living experience.

Wellbeing by Design

Our approach combines premium interior design with Ambient Intelligence, creating spaces that quietly understand and respond to their occupants. Using integrated sensors, and connected home automation, each space continuously adapts to occupancy, daylight, temperature, air quality and daily routines, supporting comfort, wellbeing, safety and energy efficiency through technology that remains almost invisible.
