Saya Pendant Lamp by Gio Minelli and Marco Fossati

Saya is a new collection of pendant lamps designed by Gio Minelli and Marco Fossati. Inspired by a journey bridging East and West, this design merges the aesthetics and cultural memories of distant lands with the ancient Venetian tradition of caged blown glass. The lamp’s shape mimics a large dewdrop sliding downward, caught and suspended by a series of metal wires that add structure and a sense of lightness. The cage itself takes on a prominent role, blending seamlessly with the glass to achieve a harmonious balance of light and decoration.

The Saya pendant lamp features a large body of white and transparent blown glass encased in metal cages available in three finishes: burnished, gold, and chrome. Offered in three distinct shapes, Saya suits any space, from homes to public venues like bars and restaurants. Its halogen, fluorescent, or LED light produces a warm and inviting ambiance.
