The design duo Saggia & Sommella were tasked with reimagining the conventional round shape of light bulbs, resulting in the creation of innovative diffusers in diverse forms. The name "Lumi" holds dual significance: first, it directly references the lighting world, uniting a specific style of lamp under an elegant and timeless term. Second, "Lumi" translates to "snow" in Finnish, highlighting the lamps' primary feature—the opal white diffusers, reminiscent of snow with their soft and delicate forms.
The Lumi Mochi table lamp comes in six versions, compatible with halogen, fluorescent, or LED bulbs. Its simple and classic design makes it a versatile addition to any space. It works beautifully as a bedside lamp in the bedroom or grouped together in the living room to create a cohesive lighting arrangement.
