Chiara Bettoncelli
Chiara Bettoncelli is an Italian artist whose work bridges traditional craftsmanship and contemporary visual languages. With a broad range of skills spanning from freehand drawing and painting to gold leaf gilding and digital design, she creates unique works that intertwine historical memory with modern experimentation.
Trained at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia and the LABA – Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Brescia, Chiara holds advanced degrees in Fine Art Printmaking and Interior Decoration. During her academic years, she explored the expressive power of light, color, and material — a theme that continues to shape and inspire her artistic identity.
Throughout her career, she has worked as an illustrator for several brands, including WallPepper and Flaviatex. Since 2019, she has been teaching Graphic, Pictorial, and Scenic Arts at art high schools in Mantua, where she also leads workshops and coordinates creative collaborations with external organizations.
